• Compulsory sessions of soft skills development has been introduced by the Institute w.e.f. academic session 2010-11. Sessions to be taken by experts from the corporate sector.
• Soft skills sessions will cover vital aspects like resume writing, interview skills, group discussion, debates, public speaking, etc
• Motivational classes to inculcate positive attitude.
• Sessions on emotional intelligence.
• Sessions on office etiquette and corporate communication.
• SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analysis.
• Communication labs for exposure and practice.
